I'm happy to announce that we've reached 100k and have unlocked the PURPLE OWLBEAR!!

Both the purple owlbear and the fishing kit have been added to the add-ons menu.

In addition they will be avaliable to add in the post-campaign pledge manager when the campaign ends.
Any tier that lets you get an owlbear will now include the option to choose the purple owlbear.

The fishing kit is not part of any tier and is currently only avaliable via add-ons or post-campaign pledge manager. As noted in the last update, the fishing kit is in a bit of a price flux, depending on how much the fishing rod is, and the other little fishing trophies. I'd personally prefer it be less than the classes, ideally at $15, but cant gurantee it at this point until i get it through protptying. That said its less complicated than the wizard hat/fighters shield, so it will be less. If it ends up being less, ill provide the a shipping credit or a simple refund when that time comes.

And of course (since this is going to all our baby bestiary followers), we have the class accessories, for Wizard and Fighter! (we've got the bard, druid, and rogue slated as our next classes). 

There is so much going on behind the scenes (esp with GenCon coming in the next two weeks). 
Campaign runs till this afternoon 4:00pm PST / 7:00pm EST to push this owlbear as far as it can go, but if people keep pledging the campaign will remain open (something called overtime that Backerkit is doing).

Hey Caretakers!!
As of posting we're just about $3500 from 100k! On Friday we raised 7k (with the two days prior being ~4k/day). This ultimately means we're going to inevitably unlock the purple owlbear so that we can have a stronger final push.
To be ready, I've added the fishing kits as well as the purple owlbear to the Add-Ons section, and have updated the page for the final announcement when it inevitably hits.

Some notes,
Fishing kit. is still in a bit of flux in terms of figuring out pricing. Ideally id want it to be less than the class kit (hoping $15 or $20) , but i need to get the final manufactures estimate to really nail that down, so for the time being it will be the higher one.
 
Purple. Any pledge that lets you pick an owlbear, you'll be able to select purple as well (in the pledge manager when that time comes).

Anyways campaign ends at Ends on 4:00pm PDT, and I would really appreciate it you could share this campaign around to your socials and/or campaign groups to see if we can find more owlbear caretakers.

Its been a crazy journey seeing how the vision of doing a plush for the Baby Bestiary 9 years ago and having it be realized as the most popular D&D plush out there.

Hey all!
Loved all the spellbook suggestions (i think we have to turn that into some sort of comic book) of owlbear casting various spells. 

Anyways, we're slowly trucking our way to 100k, and it looks inevitable (artist is on vacation so i don't have any fishing images yet), but its something I'm looking to get situated really soon.  
Also i know it would probably boost us all the way up, but I'm holding off making it available (until backerkit) when everything about the fishing kit is finalized (so you're informed). 

Anyways, i had no pictures to show off of purple owlbear (and we wont know the true color until we see the swatches, but i did a quick edit of one of my existing owlbear photos to showcase what a purple could look like. What do you think? lighter? darker? just right?
