Project Update: Shipped and Ordered!

Hey all! In an unprecedented and VERY annoying fashion, the hoodie printing company took literally a month to manufacture and ship us the hoodies. We received them yesterday and shipped another round, then ordered the next wave immediately. We're hoping we ordered enough this time to warrant the faster ship. Sigh. 

We've also had some issues with the Backerkit item counts not being accurate at all, and now have a shitload of extra stock and a shitload of missing hoodies. We have figured out a way to fix this for the next time we run a campaign like this, and we apologize for the delays. We're hoping EVERYONE's order is filled by the end of the month, so please fill out your survey ASAP if you haven't.

Stolen Package

Package lost by USPS

Good afternoon! I had an order that was shipped on 6/24/24 and upon inquiring with USPS they informed me that my package was irrevocably lost. I would still like my rewards for my pledge so would like information on how to proceed- thank you!

Wrong Sized Received

I ordered a 3XL and seem to have received an XL according to the tag. Is there anyway to swap the hoodie for the right size? After trying it on, I think technically I'd only need a 2XL. Please let me know if theres anyway to swap sizes. Thanks!

Project Update: Next Round of Hoodies Ordered!

/Hey all! Ordered the next round of hoodies after shipping off a TON of them. If you haven't gotten yours or received shipping notification, you're likely in this round! We have to do it in probably three rounds total because of the way we have to keep track of sizes and designs and the print on demand factor. :D

While we wait on those to arrive - we have EIGHT prototype hoodies we're looking to offload at a discount if any of you are interested - they are brand new, just not in the shrink wrap.

SOLD - Weather Witch | L - $50 (slightly different design) - SOLD
SOLD - One Eye | XL  - $50 (slightly different design) - SOLD
Monster | L - $40 (colors printed weird and it's two different shades of blue)
Rook | L  - $50 (slightly different design)
SOLD - Spicy Fire Nugget | M - $40 (prototype had flames on the cuffs and they printed one cuff with flames and one without, this is why we removed the flames entirely) - SOLD
Shapeshifter/Badger | S  - $50 (slightly different design)
Fainty Telepath | L  - $50 (slightly different design)

We will add on $10 to ship to the US and $20 to ship internationally.
