Hello everyone!
First of all I made a mistake in the survey - I forgot to add shipping cost for those who did not have any add-ons (most of you did have some, so the cost should be correct for you). It should all be fixed, but just to be sure please review your overall checkout summary. 
If you are in Germany, the shipping cost should be a total of 4€, within EU it should be 7€ and everywhere else 10€ no matter your pledge level.

Also please do check if the early bird/collab pins are in your cart! Those should be correct for almost everyone, but if your card payment failed initially, they might be missing. I will check myself before locking the orders once more but it's best to let me know if you are missing something that you were expecting.

I'm so sorry for the confusion!!
And for explanation of the cross collaboration pin: you should see them in cart in the current survey, but the final fulfillment will be done by Mad Child Soul Art since they're ordering the whole batch and it makes no sense to send half of them to me just to send them to the same recipients again!

That being said, my manu & I are already working behind the scenes to get the molds done asap. I will keep you updated.

Hey all!
As you may have seen, we did unlock the sunflower pin shortly after splitting the last stretch goal into the pin goal and story goal! We are, however still chasing after the last piece of story, unlocked at 1800 (that's a bit over 100 bucks away, we can do it!).

1. When the campaign ends, I will send out a survey to a small portion of backers first to test the survey.
2. Once I've heard back from those and there are no questions, I will send out the surveys to everyone else.
3. During the survey, you can make your pin and add-on choices, as well as adding more items to your order.
4. Once I have responses from about 80% of all backers, I will place the order for the pins, and extrapolate the amounts needed for each design, plus 20%-50% extra to account for defects, and I will lock your orders. Normally that happens within the first few days after the surveys are sent out.
5. The pins will go to production as soon as possible then, and will usually take 1-2 months before they arrive. I will share any updates that my manu gives me!
6. If there are no delays in manufacturing, the pins should be here in September (or October). I will then lock your addresses with a notice. Then it can take me a week or two to pack them all up and ship! You will receive more detailed shipping info once that time comes.

If we do not unlock the last story while the campaign is running, any pre-orders or post-campaign add-ons can still contribute to the story goal! That one is not time critical so I'm fairly optimistic that we can hit it one way or another <3

Hey all!
It's been a hot minute since the campaign ended and surveys were sent out. I have to say, you all did great in responding to the surveys and fixing all issues that have arised with payment etc! Thank you for that.

For those of you who have backed both this campaign and Magic Mix and Match Lanterns:
If you have only backed sticker/old pin rewards from this campaign, those rewards will be shipped in the coming week. The cross collaboration reward will be shipped later together with your Magic Mix & Match Lanterns rewards! So you won't get them from me but you will get both of them together. This makes logistics a bit easier for us and it means you get the rewards from this campaign earlier.

For those of you who have backed only this campaign:
If you pledged only stickers and/or old pins - your rewards will go out in the coming week and then you should have everything you wanted :)

Hey all!
First of all thank you for responding so quickly to the surveys. We have reached the earlier mentioned 80% mark a few days before, and that's when I locked in the first batch of surveys  with a notice. We have no crossed 90% and now I feel very confident that I can project the final needed amount of pins needed once 90% of all orders are locked.

Here's what happens next:

- If you are a backer whose card was first declined/needed fixing, some of your rewards such as cross-collab/early bird might not show up yet. I will fix this before submitting the final order.

- Pins will go into production in ~2 days. This is the final amount of time needed to refresh the cross-collab info, do counting, going over the final proofs one last time before giving green light. Expected production time is ~5-6 weeks, do be aware that this is the step with the biggest risk of delays. I will keep you updated!

- If you backed none of the flower pins, but only stickers and most combinations of old pins - your orders will go out very soon (the black cat pin and mini cat pin are a bit low in stock right now, restock will come together with the new pins). Stickers are already here.
Reminder: the cross collaboration reward is fulfilled by our collaboration partner from Mad Child Soul!

- Stories are being worked on, and postcards + backing card go into print once I arranged all designs with the proper text on the back. We do not have an ETA for the postcards but they'll most likely be ready way sooner than the pins. 

- When pins arrive, I will grade them and pick out the best ones from each batch to send out to you all! Let's all hope to get a great quality batch with very few B-grades! Please do allow some time for fulfillment, it should theoretically take a week or two max but please understand that in some cases it might take a bit longer.
